A palette of silo silver and wood timbers salvaged from the Mill Road, is accented by a bit of red and the brewery’s iconic custom insulated glass skylight dropped in the roof’s fill cap.
The outdoor pavilion sits within an organic prairie grass rain garden. Cranberry culverts provide shelter, monumental picnic tables and benches sit within rooms carved into the tall grasses.
