Designed to optimize modular construction, two modules are more than the sum of their parts. Below, 2 (or 3) bedrooms and bath(s) are sheltered by the open living unit above. The large roof above covers the stairs, controls the elements, and is an ample platform for the solar panels.
The concrete foundation provides the storage for salvaged forklift batteries and Stuff. The resulting plinth creates an ample covered ground-floor deck and continues the stacked box iconography.
