A sloped wooded lot provides a foil for the Cumberland weeHouse’s minimalist two-box form. Built as a year-round family respite, the “tower,” sheathed vertically, salutes the surrounding forest while serving as a circulation core and loft. A wood-lined sleeping alcove provides extra space for overnight guests.
