An owner’s house and 6 rental weeHouse loft units cap a 5-story warehouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota’s Uptown neighborhood, providing a textural black hat to the ruddy brick building. Simple and celebratory, the whole project was estimated to be designed and built for less than $2m by using modular delivery methods to reduce on-site costs.
