The Creative Enterprise Zone (CEZ) is in a low-rise neighborhood area in St. Paul, MN. Designed to be neighbor-friendly, the CEZ lofts provided an antidote to typical max-envelope development. A project that would be prohibitive to build on-site, it used modular weeHouses to break down the scale, maximize the outdoor areas, and provide connection from an existing building to new condominiums across the neighboring alley.
